JEECUP Counselling 2016

JEECUP 2016UP Polytechnic, popularly known as Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP 2016) is the Uttar Pradesh state level entrance examination organized by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) in the month of May. The result will be announced by the examination authority in the last week of May. After the successful announcement of the result, the JEECUP Counselling 2016 will be scheduled. Only qualified candidates can take part in the counselling round after the payment of the requisite counselling fee. It may be expected that most probably counselling will start from the June month.

Counselling is the process organized for the distribution of seats. Counselling is one of the important processes conducted only for the eligible conditions. JEECUP counselling 2016 is the crucial process for admission to various diploma courses offered by the polytechnic colleges of Uttar Pradesh. Under this process, the colleges along with branch are allocated to the students as per their rank in JEECUP 2016. Candidates please don’t forget to carry all the necessary documents at the time of counselling. The counselling will be scheduled in many rounds depends upon the number of candidates appeared in the counselling.

JEECUP 2016 Online Counselling Procedure

JEECUP counselling 2016 will be conducted through online mode. The detailed counselling procedure is discussed below:

  • To appear in JEECUP counselling, firstly the candidates have to deposit the requisite counselling fee online.
  • Thereafter, click on Document upload button and proceed towards uploading the documents.
  • After uploading documents successfully, candidates will get the OTP (One Time Password), if not received then, click on ‘Resend OTP’ button.
  • Now, fill the choices for the colleges and branch.
  • The final selection will be done on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidates in JEECUP 2016.
  • After locking of the choices, seat allotment result will be sent to the candidates via SMS.
  • Pay the requisite Seat Confirmation fee and download the seat allotment letter from the official portal of JEECUP.
  • Finally, report to the allotted institute/college for further admission process.

  • Mark sheet of 10th and 12th standard (original and photo copy)
  • 10th and 12th passing certificate (original and photocopy)
  • ID Proof (either voter id, driving license, passport, aadhar card)
  • JEECUP Score card
  • JEECUP Admit card
  • 6-7 photographs
  • Caste Certificate (if any)
  • Candidates Domicile
